No lab. No marketing meeting. I was just scrolling for better snack ideas one day and came across the idea of flavored pineapple in coconut water. Tried it. It had potential — but it wasn't there yet.

So I started tweaking. Soak times, flavor combos, the way the fruit was cut — until it finally hit the way I wanted. Straight out of the jar, like unlocking a cheat code.

Then I did the dangerous thing: I handed one to my wife. She gave me the look. Then a few honest friends got some. Nobody was polite. Now it's a local staple — events, pop-ups, outside stores. When The Plug shows up, the flavor situation is handled.
